In-Kind Donation Form

If you are looking to donate goods and services such as office furniture, gym equipment, etc. to the Los Angeles Fire Department please fill out this form. 

We will coordinate with a fire station of your choice or, if you do not have one in mind, we will do our best to match your gift with a station in need.
